Grooming of this tiny breed is very easy, wiping with a damp towel or brushing them will keep the coat clean, but an occasional bath my be necessary. (I give mine a shower right in my kitchen sink.)   Exercice is very important for these little dogs.  They love to be taken for walks and will do tricks or play a game of fetch once trained to do so and  since they are very intelligent they learn quickly.  There is a wide variety of of toys on the market made for small dogs and they can be purchased anywhere you can get toys for your larger dogs.  Because of their short coat they get cold easily an should wear a doggie shirt on cool days and a jacket or coat on cold days.
